Do you love comics? Do you go bananas for either Marvel comics or are you a DC comics, American comics or Japanese Manga lover?  If so,  you won’t want to miss out on an amazing comic workshop taking place on October 19  from 3 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Milliken Mills Library.

Markham Public Library has partnered with local comic bookstore – Heroes World to teach you all about comics.  Learn about the origin stories of your favorite superheroes, and wait for it….make up an origin story for your own superhero too.  That’s right….you can create your own superhero too.

Enjoy hands-on activities and browse through a selection of comics.  Unleash your creativity while having fun. For kids ages 8 – 12.

Spaces are limited so be sure to sign up asap at https://www.eventbrite.ca/e/comics-culture-workshop-issue-2-tickets-65548410059?aff=MarkhamReview
