Man wanted in armed gas station robbery

A man brandishing a knife is wanted in connection with the robbery of a Vaughan gas station.

The suspect entered the gas station on Dufferin Street north of Hwy. 7 on Sunday, March 17 at about 2:20 a.m., York Regional Police report.

He took out a knife, demanded cash from the employee and fled southeast on foot. He’s described as white, five feet, 11 inches tall with a medium build. He was wearing a backwards baseball cap, sunglasses, a green winter jacket, black sweat pants, white socks and black running shoes.
