York Region Public Health is working with the Ministry of Health to provide services for the Ontario Seniors Dental Care Program to eligible York Region residents in 2020.
Seniors aged 65 and older with an annual income of $19,300 (couples $32,300) with no current dental benefits would qualify. Services will be provided by staff working in York Region Public Health dental clinics and may include, cleanings, repair of broken teeth and cavities, X-ray, teeth removal and treatment of infection, pain, gum conditions and disease.
